The auto rate currency converter field is under the Add Markup (Price Conditions and more setting).
1. When you want to use the Currency Converter, you need to enable the toggle button over here.
2. There are many Currencies available in the field. You can select the preferred currency when importing and updating. 
3. For example, the above image is showing that the Currency Converter between MYR to USD.
